Previously, Ashley served as a Senior Franchise Consultant at Big Blue Swim School, where she launched and scaled new franchise locations. Before that, she held leadership roles at Jimmy John's and other franchise brands, focusing on operational turnarounds, expansion strategies, and performance coaching.
